On the darkest day of the year, we gather in circle to honour the turning of the light. A moment suspended in time, where the old cycle gently closes and the path toward rebirth begins. Together we drop into the body through somatic movement, awaken the voice through vocal liberation, and open our hearts with ceremonial cacao. Through breathwork, we soften the layers of the past and make space for the light returning within and around us.
