Our Story
We who stand behind ROS are Emelie and Cecilia – two yoga teachers who found each other during our yoga training and quickly discovered that we shared the same values both on and off the yoga mat.
Through ROS – Room of Stillness – we want to create a safe and accepting place for you, no matter where you are in life. Our classes are based on yin yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy, with a focus on inner stillness rather than performance. Here it is not about getting agile or sweaty – but about landing, letting go and finding yourself again. Breathing, meditation and presence are central parts of our teaching.
Each class is an invitation to practice stopping, listening inwardly and meeting yourself with kindness. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced yoga practitioner – everyone is welcome just as they are. We believe in a world built on empathy, love and understanding – and we hope that our yoga can be a small part of that.
