About the class

Embodied movement and Yoga

After years of fine tuning and adjusting to changing times and the callings of intuition, Embodied Movement and Yoga practice as shared by Alexandra stay true to the intimate relationship of mind, body and spirit. 

The asana practice (the yoga poses)  is infused with a sense of aliveness and flow which creates dance-like movements and creative sequencing. The practitioner is encouraged to feel and move in accordance with the impulse from within while being held by the framework of class and guiding instructions. We will also draw from yogic philosophy and depth psychology to deepen our practice and understanding of Being.
