Free meditation in Västerås - a good habit for life

The beginning of the new year is a perfect opportunity to create good habits that bring more peace and balance. During this evening we will delve into meditation and explore how a regular meditation practice can bring stability, joy and inner strength to everyday life.

We also learn how to transform life's difficulties into valuable and liberating insights, so that we can maintain a sense of inner peace even when external circumstances are stressful or challenging.

In this way, the new year — and every day thereafter — can be enriched by calm, positive, and more harmonious moods.
