When sound waves travel through the body, they induce healing vibrations that can influence cellular oscillations, fluid movement, and membrane permeability, supporting a shift toward rest and healing. At the cellular level, resonance can aid in the alignment of cell signalling potentially reducing stress-related inflammation. Deepens relaxation Synchronises breath with sound to calm the mind and support meditative states Provides a sensory anchor that completely complements yin’s slow, reflective physical practice
